Corporate Officers

Jon Dracht, our Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, has over fifteen years of experience in the collections industry.  He has served as our Vice President and COO since 2002.  Jon and his wife Michelle are partners in the ownership of CARM.  Jon currently is on the Board of Directors and is an officer for the Michigan Association of Collection Agencies serving as Secretary, and is currently the President elect.  Jon attended Davenport College. 

Michelle Dracht, our Corporate Secretary/Treasurer, has worked in the collections industry for an impressive twenty plus years.  Michelle is our client accounts expert and started working with her father, Ralph Trim (one of CARM’s founding partners) while in college.  Michelle attended Grand Rapids Community College before attending Grand Valley State University.  

CARM Founding Partners

While being retired, our founding partners are still active in our strategic planning and act as advisors to our staff and our clients.

Ralph Trim our Chief Executive Officer is a Founding Partner in CARM.  He has owned and operated collection agencies within Michigan for over forty years.  Ralph is a former Board Member with the Michigan Association of Collection Agencies.  He also has received two Executive Achievement Awards from the Associated Credit Bureaus, Inc..  Ralph attended both Delta and Adrian Colleges. 

Barry Mintzer is a senior managment executive and former president and co-owner of Cadillac Accounts Receivable Management. Barry has an MBA with a specialty in Health Care Administration from the George Washington University and is a Life Fellow in the American College of Health Care Executives. He also is a licensed (inactive) Nursing Home Administrator and a licensed Collection Manager. He has been working in the healthcare administration and healthcare accounts receivable management business for over thirty years.

Five years ago Barry retired - almost - and moved to Florida. He left the five months of sun and good weather of northern Michigan for the twelve of Florida. Barry still keeps tabs on CARM by assisting them with special projects and consultation to clients and staff.

Barry's current full-time interests include his running. He recently completed his first full marathon and volunteers at a National Wildlife Refuge near his home where he is getting "up close and personal" with many of Florida's creatures and critters. He is also a recent graduate of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Department, Citizen's Police Academy. Barry is also a U.S. Army veteran attaining the rank of Captain. He served in Vietnam, earning the Bronze Star medal.

Key Personnel

Tracy Jenema is our Operations Supervisor.  Tracy has over ten years experience in the collections industry and has been a supervisor here at CARM for five years.  Tracy supervises our collectors and is versed in all operational areas of our company and well versed in the laws regulating our industry.  Tracy attended Baker College.

Ruth Ann Ward is our Legal Administrator and she has been with CARM since June of 2007.  Prior to joining our company, Ruth Ann worked for the Grand Rapids law firm of David Garrett Law Offices for sixteen years.  Ruth Ann has an Associates Degree from Grand Rapids Community College in Legal Office Administration.

Mike Coy started working for CARM in 2008 as an Account Executive.  Mike has thirty years of management and sales experience having worked at Alvan Motor Freight, Inc. for twenty seven years.  Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University.
